Our Villa Management Services Include:

Recruiting, training and supervising of all villa staff. Our Housekeeping happens every day of the week; 7 days per week 364 days per year (the only day where we are not allowed to work is for the celebration of Nyepi or Silence Day).

Managing staff schedule and ensuring constant attention to details, positive attitude and appearance of all villa staff.

Working closely with our Reservation Specialists to insure the smooth welcoming of all guests’ Check-ins and Checkouts.

Handling of monthly staff salary payment, BPJS (Mandatory employee insurance), Service Fees…..

Performance of simple repairs and maintenance (some painting, minor leaks, replacing light bulbs….) by our Maintenance Staff and scheduling and oversight repairs from outside partners/technicians if necessary (over the years we have developed a network of trusted outside partners like plumbers, electricians, AC technicians….)

Managing inventory (cleaning products, towels, bedsheets…...).

Scheduling, managing and checking services with suppliers and service providers (laundry, internet provider, water, electricity…...).

Handling of purchases necessary to each villa (toilet paper, cleaning products….).

Making sure that all equipment and appliances are in constant good working conditions.

Making all ongoing payment expenses.

Preparing information for Tax Accountant (outside firm) for tax filing.

Preparing monthly P&L Reports to each villa owner. Transparency is key in everything we do.

Payment of all profits to each villa owners.

Keeping each Villa Owner informed about new laws or regulatory changes.
